- Day2Antananarivo - Andasibe National ParkAfter breakfast, your journey begins with a scenic drive eastward to Andasibe, winding through the typical highland landscapes and into the heart of the eastern rainforest. Along the way, you'll stop at the fascinating Peyreiras Reptile Farm, where you'll come face-to-face with a stunning array of endemic creatures—chameleons, lizards, geckos, and brightly coloured frogs. You'll arrive in Andasibe just in time for lunch.Here, you'll discover a haven of peace and natural beauty at your Andasibe accommodation—a timeless getaway where nature, comfort, and adventure come together. In the afternoon, Lemur Island at Vakona Private Reserve awaits, offering close encounters with playful lemurs. As night falls, set out on an evening walk to spot the forest's nocturnal residents, including mouse lemurs, chameleons, frogs, and the strikingly beautiful painted mantella.
- Day3Andasibe - Antananarivo
Your final morning begins with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a peaceful walk through the primary forest. The rainforest awakens around you—listen for the calls of the blue vanga and the short-legged ground-roller, and keep your eyes peeled for the grey bamboo lemur and the striking black-and-white ruffed lemur. You might also spot the elusive Madagascar long-eared owl, the nose-horned chameleon, or the Madagascar tree boa. After returning to the hotel, you'll have lunch before beginning your scenic drive back to Antananarivo. Upon arrival, a city tour offers a final taste of the capital before you check in at your hotel.
