At Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your Nairobi accommodation, a pick-up will take place to begin your safari. The Samburu National Reserve is where you will next drive. You will stop for a hemispheres demonstration at the equator line in Nanyuki while traveling. Proceed and reach Samburu Ashnil Tented Camp in time for lunch and check-in. Take a shower and eat a hot lunch. After a brief period of rest, you will leave for an afternoon game drive at around 4 o'clock.
The Samburu's Special Five , also known as rare northern species, are the principal attractions of this reserve. They are Grevy's zebra, gerenuk, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, and Beisa oryx. In addition to the Samburu's Special Five, the Reserve is also home to all three big cats—the lion, cheetah, and African leopard—as well as a large number of elephants. You will return to the camp to freshen up after your game drive before going to a freshly prepared hot meal. Have an overnight stay in the camp later.
The program is very flexible today, and you can choose between two options: Option one: Go on a morning game drive, come back for a hearty breakfast, get ready, and then spend the rest of the morning at leisure, perhaps swimming in the pool or just unwinding. After eating lunch, go on your evening game drive. Lastly, head back to the camp for dinner and to spend the night. Option two: You could eat breakfast early and then go on a full-day game drive with a packed lunch. After dinner, head back to the lodge to retire for the evening.
You will leave for an afternoon game drive at around 4 o'clock after having some downtime. Since the camp is located inside the park, the game drive begins at the gate. The conservancy is praised for housing the only two endangered northern white rhinos left in the world, for housing the only chimpanzee sanctuary of its sort in Kenya, for being the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa, and for being home to the "Big Five" (elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo, and leopard), You will return to the camp by vehicle following the game drive. After getting dressed, you'll go to a warm meal with relaxing traditional music.
After a nice breakfast, you'll go on a morning game drive today. Once you get back to camp around midday, you may enjoy the remainder of the morning at your leisure by swimming in the pool or simply lounging around and watching animals come to the water hole to drink. After lunch, go on a game drive
in the evening while visiting Sweetwater's Chimpanzee Sanctuary to see chimpanzees and the last two northern white rhinos still living in the world. Lastly, get back to the camp for supper and to spend the night.
You'll leave the camp for Lake Nakuru National Park after breakfast. At Nyahururu, you'll have a brief stay when you might get to visit the 74-meter Thomson's fall. This place has a nice seaside wind. As you snap pictures, you'll become more at ease. After that, continue on your journey and reach Lake Nakuru in time for lunch. Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge check-in. prepare yourself for a hot lunch and then leave.
You will leave for an afternoon game drive at 4 o'clock after having some downtime. Since the resort is inside the park, the game drive begins at the gate. Numerous black and white rhinos, hundreds of flamingos, occasionally even millions, and critically endangered Rothschild's giraffes can all be found in this park. Additionally, it offers the best views and chances to observe Makalia Waterfall. Following your game drive, you'll return to the lodge to change before going to a freshly prepared hot dinner. In time for lunch, you'll reach Masai Mara National Reserve. Arrive at Mara Serena Lodge and get ready. After a nice lunch, take some time to relax.
Go on a game drive in the afternoon at around 4 o'clock. Every safari in Kenya includes a high point at the Masai Mara. It is well-known throughout the world for its exceptional population of lions, leopards, and cheetahs as well as the annual migration of zebra, Thomson's gazelle, and wildebeest to and from the Serengeti, also referred to as the great wildebeest migration or the 7th Wonder of the World, which takes place from July to October. We will return to the lodge to clean up and eat dinner after the wildlife drive. Spend the night at the lodge.
You will leave the camp after breakfast and go on a full-day game drive in search of the "Big 5" and other wildlife, carrying a packed lunch with you. If your safari takes place between July and October, you will have the opportunity to see the annual wildebeest migration, which is considered to be the seventh wonder of the world, especially as they traverse the crocodile-infested River Mara. Later, you'll come back for supper and to stay the night.
The program of today offers three possibilities, which makes it incredibly versatile.
Option 1: After breakfast, leave the lodge and go on a full-day game drive in the Mara Reserve in search of the Big 5 and other wildlife.
Option 2: Go for an early-morning game drive in search of the big cat and the murders, then come back for breakfast, get changed, and spend the rest of the morning as you like, whether it be swimming in the pool or simply unwinding. After lunch, set out for a game drive in the evening about 4 PM to look for the Big Five and other species.
In the early morning, you can opt for an optional hot air balloon ride (USD 400 per person). You will be transported to the balloon launch site after being picked up from your hotel. It takes around an hour to complete. After lunch, proceed back to the accommodation via a Masai village. Go on a game drive in the afternoon around 4 PM. After that, you'll eat dinner and spend the night at the lodge.
You will go on a morning game drive to leave the park and return to Nairobi after breakfast. You will have an optional layover for a boat excursion in Lake Naivasha followed by a walking safari in the animal sanctuary, depending on the timing of your departure back home. Continually checking your flight itinerary, you will travel on to Nairobi where you will spend the day engaging in optional activities like Visit the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, the Giraffe Center, visit the Maasai Market or have lunch or dinner at the renowned Carnivore Restaurant, among other optional things to do in Nairobi.
