Itinary in details

  • Day1
    Upon arrival at the Entebbe international airport, you will be welcomed by our company representative and your safari guide for the transfer of you to the hotel in Entebbe or Kampala. You will first have a briefing about this 7 days adventure conducted by your safari guide and then have a relaxation from the jet lag and later dinner and overnight.

  • Day2
    Wake up very early for the morning breakfast and embark on the drive to Murchison Falls National Park with a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino trekking activity. Ziwa Rhino sanctuary is home to the white rhinos in Uganda; you will be given 2 hours’ time following these animals. You will proceed to Kabalega dinners for lunch and later continue with the road trip to Murchison Falls National Park. Upon arrival at the park check-in at the lodge for dinner and overnight.

  • Day3
    On this day as early as 6 am in the morning set off for a sunrise game drive in the northern bank of Murchison falls national park, you will see the buffaloes, Elephants, Rothschild’s giraffes, hartebeest and waterbucks, oribi, bushbuck, Uganda kob, Bohor reedbuck, shy sitatunga, warthog, bush duiker, and bush pig and carnivores includes lions, leopards and spotted hyenas, jackal, and genets. And primates like the olive baboons and monkeys. Nile Crocodiles and school hippos will be viewed along the banks of the Nile. The adventure also comes with views of several birds species like Egyptian geese, goliath heron, pelican, bee-eaters, hornbill, cormorant, kingfishers, saddle-bill stork, and the rare shoebill stork. You will transfer back to the lodge for lunch and relaxation before you kick off with the afternoon for a boat cruise on the Victoria Nile upstream to the bottom of the Murchison falls. Along you will see schools of hippos, Nile crocodiles, waterbuck, and a wide range of birds like the rare shoebill stork. The boat parks 10m from the “Devil’s Cauldron” for a photographic moment.

  • Day4
    Immediately after your breakfast visits the top of the falls, where you will see River Nile flow squeezing itself in 7m gorges before tumbling 40 meters down in a thunderous force and then flows down into the Victoria Nile on this you will also view a number of animals and birds. You will thereafter embark on a long journey to Kibale Forest National Park. You will drive through the flourishing countryside, African homestead environment, and plantations we shall have a stopover for lunch in Masindi or Hoima town and thereafter proceed with our journey to the chimpanzee capital and upon arrival check-in for dinner and overnight at the lodge.

  • Day5
    After breakfast, you will have a short transfer for chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest National Park, where the wide range of variety and the highest population of primates in East Africa is exceptionally visible. The park is also commonly known for its other species of primates alongside the Chimpanzee. Kibale forest national park is a home for primate species such as the rare I’Hoest’s monkey, Blue monkey, Grey-cheeked mangabey, the black and white Colobus monkey, Red-tailed monkey, Olive baboon, and others. Retire back to the lodge for the lunch break and relaxation. After lunch transfer to Bigodi, the walk takes about 2-3 hours where you will encounter a number of rare bird species like the great blue turaco alongside smaller mammals, transfer back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

  • Day6
    After your morning breakfast, you will transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park with a view of the mystical Rwenzori Mountain Range in the west. As you travel through the game park you are likely to spot several animals like the African Elephant, Cape Buffaloes, bushbucks, and Uganda Kob, Antelopes, Warthogs, and many more. Immediately after lunch enjoys the unique flourishing 2 hours launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel. This is a 42kms channel that intersects Lake Edward and Lake George. This excursion goes through possibly the highest concentration of the school of hippos, Crocodiles, herds of Buffalos, and elephants on the shores and this presents an excellent moment for photographing bird watching, and game viewing adventures. The park is home to over 550 bird species among which 50 species are endemic to the Albertine rift valley. And later you will have dinner and overnight at the lodge.

  • Day7
    On this day, you will wake up early and embark on an early morning game drive. The park has a diverse ecosystem of grassy plains, rivers, tropical forest swamps, lakes, and volcanic craters and it is also home to an incredible variety of wildlife. You will encounter the cape buffaloes, lions, African elephants, and other wildlife species in their habitat thereafter you will transfer to the lodge for your late breakfast and start the transfer to Kampala. Along the way, you will have a stopover at the Equator where you will have a chance to stand in two hemispheres at ago and take some photos. You will also go through Mpigi where we shall see Royal Drum Makers in this you will be able to view the ceremonial drums being crafted using traditional tools and methods which have been there over generations. You will reach Kampala in the late afternoon and be transferred to the airport for your departure flight or to the hotel.
