- Day1Arrival and Transfer to Tarangire National Park
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be welcomed by your guide, who will assist you with your luggage. After a brief introduction, you will take a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Once you arrive, check in at your lodge, where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding views. A delicious lunch will be served at the lodge, followed by some time to settle in. In the evening, you’ll head out for your first game drive in the park, where you may spot elephants, lions, and other wildlife. After an exciting day, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
- Day2Tarangire National Park and Game drive
After a hearty breakfast at the lodge, you will have a full day to explore Tarangire National Park. Known for its diverse ecosystems, you will have the chance to see a variety of animals, including giraffes, zebras, and numerous bird species. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed in the park, allowing you to appreciate the natural beauty around you. In the afternoon, continue your game drives, focusing on finding the Big Five.
