Itinary in details

  • Day1

    Greetings from Kenya. You will land at Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, from whence you will take a domestic flight to Samburu, which is home to the Samburu National Reserve and a wide variety of animals. You'll be staying at the luxurious Saruni Samburu, which has six eco-chic villas and offers stunning views of Mount Kenya and the Kalama Conservancy. You will be led by Samburu warriors who are devoted to their homeland and culture as you tour the only lodge in over 200,000 acres of pristine forest brimming with animals. At Saruni Samburu, a safari is a special and intimate experience.

  • Day2 - 3

    You will take part in morning and evening game drives in the Kalama Conservancy, Buffalo Springs National Park, and Samburu National Park over the course of the following two days. The Big Five, enormous herds of Samburu elephants stopping at nearby waterholes to drink, leopards building their lairs on rocky outcrops, and packs of critically endangered African wild dogs scouting the plains below the lodge are also common sights. The Samburu five, which include the Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, Somali ostrich, and gerenuk, are among the rare indigenous species found in the region. Additionally, you can take part in guided bushwalks, walking safaris with armed guides, cultural tours to nearby communities, night game drives (which are not permitted in the national park) in the Kalama Conservancy, as well as other activities. trekking excursions up the Samburu tribe’s sacred mountain, Mount Ololokwe, plus visits to local caves to see fascinating rock art.

    After that, you'll fly domestically to Kenya's premier wildlife viewing location, the Masai Mara. Three nights will be spent at Saruni Mara, a five magnificent cottages, one family villa, and one private villa luxury resort. A stay at Saruni Mara gives access to an exclusive, private wildlife concession that borders the renowned Masai Mara National Reserve and is tucked away in the Africa:Mara North Conservancy. At Saruni Mara's Wellbeing Space, unwind with a free 30-minute back and neck massage before venturing out into nature for a night safari and sundowners.

  • Day5 - 6

    You will go on morning and afternoon game drives in the Masai Mara National Reserve the following two days. You can see zebras, impalas, gazelles, wildebeest, buffalo, rhinos, and elephants here, and there's a good chance you'll also encounter other types of animals including rhinos, impalas, and gazelles. Additionally, you'll encounter leopards, cheetahs, and lions. A night game drive may also be an option, allowing you to see nocturnal creatures like aardvarks and honey badgers. You can engage in a broad variety of activities while visiting the Masai Mara in addition to game drives, such as cultural excursions to Maasai towns and markets, accompanied bushwalks, horseback riding, and black rhino tracking adventures. You can also experience a magical hot air balloon flight over the plains of the Masai Mara, followed by a champagne breakfast.

  • Day7

    Your opulent Kenya safari adventure comes to an end today. To get to Wilson Airport in Nairobi, you'll take a local aircraft from Mara. From there, you'll transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in plenty of time for your next trip.
