- Day1Morondava - Belo sur Mer
Your adventure begins at 8:00 am with a hearty breakfast, followed by a scenic drive south. The savanna unfolds before you—majestic baobabs, winding rivers, and the vibrant villages of the Sakalava people, all with the ocean as a backdrop. After four hours, you'll arrive in Belo for a delicious lunch of fresh fish and local specialties. Afterward, visit a nearby village to see the famous Botry boats, handcrafted by skilled locals. The rest of the day is yours to relax and soak in the atmosphere at your own pace.
- Day2Belo sur Mer - Andravona
Your day begins with a motorboat journey to the stunning island of Andravona—a paradise for swimming, snorkeling, and fishing. While you explore the crystal-clear waters, the crew prepares a fresh seafood picnic lunch. In the afternoon, we return to Belo sur Mer, keeping an eye out for sea birds and, between June and September, playful dolphins. As the sun sets over the ocean, you'll witness a breathtaking end to the day. The evening is yours to relax.
- Day3Belo sur Mer - Manja - Andavadoaka
After an early breakfast, you'll leave Belo village and journey toward the fishing village of Andavadoaka. The route takes you through savanna landscapes and forest remnants dotted with baobabs—perfect photo stops. Watch for herds of zebus, a vital part of Malagasy culture and daily life. Cross the Bevoay River by ferry, then continue as the scenery shifts to vast rice fields, scattered baobabs, and small villages. Arrive in the late afternoon, check into your hotel, and enjoy the evening at your leisure.
- Day4Andavadaoka
Today is yours to enjoy at your own pace. The hotel offers optional activities—book directly on-site. Unwind with a relaxing massage at Olô Bé Lodge, or keep an eye out for whales during season. Explore the baobab forest by 4x4 or on foot, visit nearby islands by canoe, pirogue, motorboat, or catamaran, or kayak through mangroves to spot local wildlife. The choice is yours.
- Day5Andavadoaka - Ifaty
Your day begins with breakfast, followed by a scenic four-hour drive along sandy roads to the fishing village of Mangily. Check into your hotel, then head out in the afternoon to visit the "Village of the Tortoise" and Reniala Reserve Park. Discover the local fishing village before returning to your hotel for a relaxing evening on the beach.
- Day6Ifaty - Toliara
Your road safari adventure comes to an end today. Depending on your flight time, we'll explore Toliara's city center—a chance to learn about local culture and history. Our service concludes with your arrival at Toliara National Airport, leaving you with memories of Madagascar's wild west.
