- Day1Arrival in Nairobi
Arrive in Nairobi, the bustling capital of Kenya. After clearing customs, transfer to your hotel to relax and refresh. Take some time to explore the city at your leisure. You might visit the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to see orphaned elephants or the Giraffe Centre to feed the endangered Rothschild giraffes. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner featuring traditional Kenyan cuisine. Your guide will brief you on the upcoming safari, ensuring you are ready for the adventures ahead.
- Day2Masai Mara National Reserve
Depart for the Maasai Mara National Reserve, one of Africa's most famous wildlife destinations. After arriving, settle into your lodge and enjoy a hearty lunch. In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive, where you may spot lions, elephants, and cheetahs in their natural habitat. The Mara is also known for its diverse bird species. Spend a full day in the Masai Mara, with morning and afternoon game drives. Early morning is the best time to see predators active, so keep an eye out for lions and leopards. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the savannah while watching wildlife around you. In the afternoon, visit a local Maasai village to learn about their culture and traditions.
