This Botswana trip brings visitors closer to the most popular wildlife spots. The tour begins in Maun or Kasane and travels to Moremi Game Reserve and Chobe National Park. You will camp out and thoroughly examine the flora and fauna as well as the nature of the wildlife with the help of our knowledgeable tour guides. A safari in Chobe is quite adaptable, and we provide a wide variety of experiences to suit your preferences, from exclusive mobile camps to opulent resorts on the river, special walking safaris to bush lunches. While game drives offer a challenging adventure, a tranquil Chobe River cruise is all about relaxing and taking in the waterside life, such as hippos yawning or elephant herds exchanging trumpeted greetings.
Moremi Game Reserve is an enclosed region in Botswana. It is located on the Okavango Delta's eastern side and bears Chief Moremi of the BaTawana tribe's name. Instead of being a national park, Moremi was initially classified as a game reserve. As a result, the BaSarwa or Bushmen who resided there were permitted to remain in the reserve.
Your tour guide will meet you at Kasane International Airport or at your accommodation. Following a short briefing by your guide, we will proceed to a lodge close inside Maun. Chobe National Park is located in northern Botswana close to the enormous inland Okavango Delta. During the dry months, enormous herds of Cape buffalo and elephants congregate along the Chobe Riverfront. The woodlands and lagoons surrounding Linyanti Marsh are home to lions, antelopes, and hippos. The Savuti Marsh's floodable grasslands attract a variety of bird species as well as migrating zebras.
We'll get up early, have a hearty breakfast, and then go on a game drive alongside the majestic Chobe River. We'll observe animals as they approach water sources in the morning and perhaps some predators as they get ready for a restful day after a busy night. After lunch is finished, you can unwind and prepare for the afternoon sundowner drive, which will let them to observe the animals as they take their final sips of the day.
We leave this morning for a 4-hour drive to Moremi, where we'll stay one night. When we get there, we'll take a drive about Moremi to check out all the cool sites and go to the waterholes where the animals congregate. Before supper, there will be time for a shower. Before moving on to our tents with beds after dinner, we will enjoy the campfire and take in the sounds of the surrounding nature.
Today, we will depart the Moremi Game Reserve and return to Maun. We will deliver you to the international airport in time for your trip home or to the border in case you want to continue your tour to other countries.
