- Day1Tarangire National Park
After arriving at Kilimanjaro Airport, your journey to Tarangire National Park will begin. The drive itself will be picturesque, with views of the stunning Great Rift Valley. Upon entering the park, you will be greeted by the sight of colossal baobab trees that dot the landscape. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant populations, and you will likely see these magnificent creatures gathering near the Tarangire River, especially during the dry season.
As you traverse the park, keep an eye out for the diverse wildlife that calls this area home. You may spot herds of wildebeest, graceful giraffes, and agile dik-diks.
