Itinary in details
- Day1ARRIVAL AND TRANSFER TO THE HOTELOn your arrival at Entebbe international airport, you will be met by our company driver guide who will brief you and transfer you to your hotel for relaxation, dinner and overnight at Entebbe Hotel as you truly relax from the jet lag and prepare for the next day’s adventure.
- Day2TRANSFER TO KIBALE FOREST FOR NATIONAL PARKPick up from either hotel or from airport and be ready for a 9 hours’ drive to Kibale forest national park, you will have lunch along the way, On arrival late dinner will be served at the lodge, with its scenic view of the forest, of Kibale national park.
- Day3CHIMPANZEE TREKKING AND BIGODI SWAMP WALKHave early morning breakfast before departing to the park headquarters where you will be given a safety and tracking briefing. You will then be taken by vehicle to a starting point, to commence your chimpanzee trek in the forest. After this phenomenal wildlife experience, return to your vehicle on the edge of the forest, returning to Isunga lodge for lunch. Take an afternoon swamp walk in Bigodi swamp sanctuary to sight some birds and other primates.
- Day4TRANSFER TO BWINDI NATIONAL PARKEarly breakfast prior to departing for Bwindi via Queen Elizabeth national park and watch out for eye-catching big game on the way like elephants, buffalos, antelopes, warthogs and other wildlife. Inthe afternoon, relax while having lunch in Kihihi town or take a walk to the bustling market of Kihihi. Continue to Bwindi for ultimate gorilla experience.
- Day5GORILLA TREKKING AND TRANSFER TO LAKE BUNYONYIAfter breakfast, you will head to the park headquarters for briefing by park ranger guides, depart with picnic lunch boxes to start Gorilla trekking – the activity can last up to 4 hours trek or more to find the Mountain Gorillas as you hike up and down the slopes with dense mist covered vegetation. Hence you will have packed lunch for this activity. This active quest will eventually bring you to the face of one of the most sought after creatures-the mountain Gorillas. Upon reaching them, you will have a full hour with them while observing and learning their behavior as you take photos. You will later transfer to lake Bunyonyi, for the option activities like canoeing, boat ride, community visits.
- Day6TRANSFER TO ENTEBBE AIRPORTAfter breakfast, start on the long drive back to Entebbe / Kampala with the memory of the great rare mountain Apes. Lunch en route and a stopover at the equator line for experimentation, arriving late in the evening to be dropped at Entebbe international airport at approximately 6 pm to check in for your air transfer to Nairobi Kenya proceed with your 15 days in Africa.
- Day7NAIROBI-MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE.Depart from Nairobi via the floor of the Great Rift Valley and have the first stop over at the famous view point to have the scenic view of the rifts then proceed to Narok to have hot lunch then finally to the camp (AA Lodge). After 30 minutes of rest have an evening tracking of game of about 2-3 hours then dinner and overnight at the camp.
- Day8MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE FULL DAY.Have breakfast at the camp then set out for the morning game drive before 8:00Am till 5:00Pm and then have picnic lunch. Maasai Mara is unique in its ways and is covered with savannah grassland on rolling hills which is scenic view. It also has a good track network which allows for close proximity of wildlife and nice photograph captures. Visit to the Maasai village is at own pleasure and optional at a charge of 10$ per person.
- Day9MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE- LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK.Have an early morning game drive at 6:30Am after having a cup of coffee. If lucky enough have a one on one encounter with MR LION THE HUNTER as it strangles life out of its prey and the prey try to survive and fighting for its life. Before 9:00Am get back to the camp and have a full breakfast then proceed to Nakuru while having your lunch en route. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of mount Longonot and Lake Naivasha and even enjoy an optional fun activity of boat riding. Then finally proceed to Nakuru.
- Day10LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK-AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK.Have breakfast at the hotel then leave for the game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park known for its variety of birds including the flamingoes. Enjoy the view of hippos, buffaloes and crocodiles at Baboon cliff then later have your lunch en route to Amboseli National Park.
- Day11AMBOSELI WHOLE DAYHave pre-breakfast then have an early morning game drive in Amboseli game drive and enjoy the close proximity of animal viewing especially the amazing elephant size and their matriarchs (old female elephant leaders) and the variety of birds found in the park. Have picnic breakfast and lunch then dinner and overnight at the camp.
- Day12AMBOSELI- NAMANGA BORDER – ARUSHAHave pre-breakfast then set out for the early game drive at 6:30Am in the swampy park and enjoy variety of herbivores wallowing in the muddy swamps like the hippos and the large elephants and their cubs and variety of other wildlife. Return and have full breakfast at the camp then check out from the camp and drive to Namanga border where you will catch a shuttle bus to Arusha. Upon arrival meet our driver who will transfer you to Tulia Hotel & Spa.
- Day13ARUSHA - SERENGETI.Breakfast at your Arusha Hotel, meet our staff and driver guide for briefing about the whole trip, leave Arusha for a 6 hours drive to Serengeti National park with lunch en route. Upon arrival at the main gate have the registration done then with a game drive to the camp which is located at the Central Serengeti.
- Day14SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK – NGORONGORO CRATEREarly breakfast at the camp then leave with picnic lunches for a t least 6 hour Game drive within Serengeti National park. Here you will tracker the wildebeest, Zebras, Giraffes, Lions, Lioness, black rhino, Cheetah, Leopard, Hyena, Bushbuck, lesser kudu, wild dog, Kongoni, impala, grant’s gazelle, black backed jackal, Mongoose, Olive baboons, Vervet Monkeys among other animals are found here and you will be lucky to some of them. By noon leave the park with a stopover at Olduvai Gorge at extra cost of $35 per person.
- Day15NGORONGORO CRATER – ARUSHA TOWNBreakfast at the camp, then leave for a game drive within the ngorongoro crater where you will be able to descend with a game drive with the view of Common Lions, African Elephants, Black Rhino, blue wildebeest, Leopard, Cheetah, Hyena. Wild dog, Grant’s Zebras, African buffalo and Hippopotamus at the crater rim. Have the picnic lunch at the crater rim then start ascending to the main gate, exit the crater after the 6 hours and drive to Arusha where you will be dropped at your Tulia Hotel & Spa.
- Day16DEPARTURE FLIGHT BACK HOMEToday, based on your flight schedule from Arusha Airport back home, you will be transferred to the airport to catch up your flight back home
