      • Day1

        Please note that you must obtain a visa for Rwanda at the immigration office in Kigali after arriving there. The visa costs $50 per person for a single entrance and must be obtained on arrival. Later, seek for someone carrying a sign bearing your name or the name of your booking agent to take you to your lodging for the night or for some rest.

      • Day2

        Breakfast in the morning, then travel to Nyungwe Forest National Park. Go on a canopy walk in the afternoon for a clear view of the forest and a chance to see a variety of birds and a few monkeys. For those who are comfortable with heights, this will be an infinite adventure, while for those who are not, it will be a wonderful lifetime experience and a walk close to nature. This is the only canopy walk in East Africa and the third in the world.

        The starting location is the visitor center in Uwinka, and if you haven't already reserved, be prepared to pay with a credit card. Later, spend the night at your lodging. Take Note! The park authorities reserve the right to cancel this activity depending on the weather in order to protect visitors, and it may then be rescheduled for a later date.

      • Day3

        10 Days Rwanda primates safari with Birding experience Day of the chimpanzee tracking! You will have a short night today because, depending on where you stayed, you are advised to begin your journey between 4:00am and 5:00am (Kitabi or Gisakura). At the Uwinka Information Center, you will be given a community of chimpanzees to track after selecting a ranger from the ranger station. Nyungwe National Park (Main) and the fragmented Cyamudongo forest, which is also part of Nyungwe National Park, are two locations where completely habituated chimpanzees can be found. The greatest chimpanzee population is in Cyamudongo, although the park management decides where tracking will take place.

        All visitors must be physically active because they will be trekking along unmarked trails and may need to move quickly at times to keep up with the gorillas. The highlight of your day will be watching them eat, taking care of babies, playing, and learning about their social lives! Later, return to the visitor center and check into your lodging. Today offers yet another chance to participate in Canopy Walk for individuals who may not have had the chance to.

      • Day4

The following open activities are available today; please let the guide know a day in advance as these activities require/require payment by credit card or bank transfer: birding walk along the forest edges; Imbaraga walk to the 4 water falls with great view points; birding on the way; go to Irebero trail; and in the afternoon, Kibuye for overnight and lakeshore relaxation.

      • Day5

        optional boat ride on Lake Kivu, followed by a trip to the Volcanoes national park. The following activities are available for you to choose from in the afternoon: a forest walk in the Buhanga Eco Park, where there is a possibility to see primates and numerous bird species. It is also possible to visit the Dian Fossy research center in Musanze to learn more about how gorilla conservation got started and the efforts being made to keep the population high. This will take you through the cultural norms of the Banyarwanda people, both Tutsis and Hutus, and show you how they used to live.

      • Day6

        Gather at the park offices in Kinigi early in the morning after breakfast for a briefing. You will be assigned a ranger, and the hike will either begin in the park or, depending on the animals' eating habits, you might need to take a vehicle transfer to the hike's beginning site. A subspecies of the blue monkey, which is critically endangered and thought to only have 20,000 individuals left in the wild, the golden monkey is an old-world monkey that lives in groups called troops. They have become accustomed to humans, so there is little shyness and they are open to being photographed. Watching them frolic and swing on tree branches will be the reward for this walk. Later walk back to the hotel for check out and proceed to Bwindi national park.

      • Day7

A local tribe who live close to the park and were the original keepers of the gorillas will entertain you once you arrive at the park headquarters with your packed lunch and for a briefing. Dos and Don'ts will be explained to you while in the park. In the late afternoon, unwind at the lodge or go on another stroll in the neighborhood to see the native tribe and one of Africa's oldest tribes, "The Pygmies."

      • Day8

        After breakfast, depart for Akagera National Park, the only savannah park in Rwanda. You will arrive in the afternoon after crossing the Gatuna border with a high opportunity of going on an evening game drive.

      • Day9

        After breakfast, leave for the game drive trails to search for large wildlife. If you're lucky, you'll be able to see big cats, elephants, Masai giraffes, and rare black rhinos without difficulty. Visit Lake Ihema by boat in the afternoon. This boat makes an excellent viewing and photographing platform for birds. Drive back to the lodge later while enjoying a leisurely evening.

      • Day10

        Early game drive while leaving the park; get to Kigali in time for lunch. Dinner can be enjoyed at the hotel as you make ready for your departure flight home or you can extend your stay to Serengetti in Tanzania, the Masai Mara in Kenya, or the beach in Zanzibar!
